About Us

For eighteen years, Houston, Texas was been the home of the RSCM Gulf Coast Choral Residency for girls. At RSCM Gulf Coast, our aim is to pass on the beautiful tradition of sacred Anglican choral music to the next generation while also celebrating diversity in our choristers and staff. Our choristers come from all over the United States, from different churches, denominations, and backgrounds. We love that we are an Anglican choral camp hosted by an Episcopal church, and have sung services in Methodist, Lutheran, and Baptist churches (just to name a few!). We've had esteemed clinicians such as Gerre Hancock, Benjamin Hutto, Bruce Neswick, Simon Lole, and many more. In 2018 we had our first artist-in-residence, composer Philip Moore from England, and over the years we've been blessed to work with some of the most talented organists and musicians in the world.

In 2025, RSCM Gulf Coast shifted to an annual Winter Festival for boy and girl choristers. The weekend festival is hosted at different cities and churches around the gulf coast each year!
